Mr. Menil has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the electricity industry from National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Transmission Corporation of the Philippines (TRANSCO) and National Power Corporation of the Philippines (NPC). Dr. Tiin is able to combine his education and experience in engineering and managements to understand the wider perspective of the electricity industry of the Philippines and in the field of Industrial Cyber Security.
His experience ranges from hands on engineering and maintenance work on site at the power station or transmission grid to project design, implementation and management of a variety of electricity industry technology like SCADA, EMS, DMS, SAS, IIOT and RTU projects as well as design and implementation of industrial cyber security.
